Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no minimum periods. Cancel through the dashboard and the service ends at the end of the paid period.

How does setup work?

Automatic. After payment, your server goes online in under 1 minute with immediate access to the control panel.

Do you offer refunds?

We evaluate case by case. In general, technical issues on our end are always compensated. See the Terms of Service.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the dashboard, with proportional billing adjustment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card, PayPal and MB Way via Stripe/PayPal.

Where are the servers located?

Currently in Hetzner datacenters in Germany. We will soon have our own node in Portugal for lower PT/ES latency.
