By accessing or using the services provided by Vgarde ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vgarde provides game server hosting, VPS hosting and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive or unauthorized purpose. This includes but is not limited to:

• Distributing malware, viruses or other harmful software
• Conducting DDoS attacks or network abuse
• Hosting content that violates applicable laws
• Reselling services without prior written authorization
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit approval

5. Payment & Billing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on new orders. Refund requests after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Setup fees and domain registrations are non-refundable.

7. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these terms, for non-payment, or as required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any suspension.

8. Data & Backups

While we maintain infrastructure-level backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, user error or service termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vgarde shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
